I feel like I missed the outrage over Blanche's personal creation of the slush-fund & IRS deal that would have made any other AG nominee DOA. How does his "Oops, I takes it back, so now can I be Attorney General?" note makes it okay for Senators to confirm him!
And all the other items in the long, long list of his disqualifying deeds.
I don't think we'll get to the bottom of Senate Republican subservience until we get an attorney general willing to look into it. It can't be about fear of trump unless he's got some receipts that can bury them.
