That’s phenomenal news, Charles! It seems that the regime wanted to get citizens used to having troops on their streets before the 2026 elections. The fact that SCOTUS said no in a preliminary decision is really important to democracy.
Thanks, yeah. It's huge because, although many shadow docket rulings might get reversed after arguments, I don't think this one will. A lot of times, their "reasoning" for letting a policy under review continue is because they either think a ruling could go either way (they simply don't know), or they think there's a good chance that a ruling will go in the regime's favor. But this seems to say (I'm reading between the lines, but I'm also an optimist somehow in spite of all this madness), "No, this will not go Trump's way, and so we are blocking it now."

Just what we needed for Christmas! Let's hope it's the gift that keeps on giving!
I was genuinely surprised. Looking forward to reading Joyce Vance and/or Jay Kuo on this.
Thats excellent news Charles! YAY!
