I read on Substack today that the only person that got Charlie Kirk shot was Charlie Kirk. Words gave consequences so I’m not sure how the kind of hate words Kirk spread can continue to part of the dialogue. And, I hope Gavin Newsom was having a less than lucid moment. And, flying flags at half mast doesn’t seem right as does awarding him the presidential honour of freedom medal.
What a show! I wonder where you found the time to give us such a rich Kirk compendium, as I am struck by how good national conversations that arise from tragedies can be. They are occasions to get our heads on straight. This one is perfect from its maze of contradictions. The right is the violent side, but one of theirs as the target gets up-is-down hate in play, with even Newsom and Shapiro caught in some crosshairs. That it was the perpetration of a Republican shooter gets the war of the worlds nice and juicy to advance the action toward the sanity we haven't been exhibiting.
Weird, because I had written part of this a couple months ago so that I could complain about Kirk. Many of the sources were compiled. I just needed to verify that they were still valid. And, of course, I adapted it to reflect his new station in life, courtesy, it seems, one of their own. It's all just too crazy to believe.

Last I looked the assassination was part of an internal maga conflict.
I wasn't aware Governor Shapiro has flags at half mast... ridiculous. I'd like to hear his reasoning.
