I believe with Russia’s backing he is taking every conceivable step to destroy the country. I have thought this from the moment he returned to office. But now his willingness for the Russians to help the Iranians with targeting us is the final straw.

MagicLand is very YA, no cussing, etc., whereas Psalm of Vampires is a bit raunchy, but not overtly so, more conceptually than anything, although there's a bit of gore.

One was a Fortnight gamer and thinks Vinge is SciFi’s greatest writer and the other is a reader: Everything from the Bible to Shakespere. Plenty of “raunch” in just the two mentioned to harder any reader.
