I really know little about her beyond her reputation.
I tried reading a couple of her books, Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged, and couldn’t get past the first few chapters, but it was so long ago I don’t remember why. I try to keep my politics out of it when I read novels, so I’m assuming they just weren’t very good.
Well I knew that. I was wondering if it happened before or after she died. I'm assuming that since she wrote a serious, it was before. She's not worth my time in terms of the 60 seconds of my life I'd lose looking it up.
Heck, Rand Paul hate the US health system so much that he came to Canada for his hernia repair.

And it's doubtful she needed it, although I don't know if her books sold well before or after her death.
