The NYT has completely destroyed its own reputation with sane washing the felon. I don’t subscribe to media that spins politics so that an insane, demented man appears ‘normal’. He is nowhere near normal, he has never approached normalcy even when he was a child. He threw stones at his neighbor’s young child. I would have definitely lost my cool if I happened to be that parent.
The owners, the Ochs-Sulzberger family, probably get money from trump under the table. It's one of Trump mentor Roy Cohn's oldest tricks. Unless maybe there's a cleaner explanation for why he hasn't tried to put them out of business.
