Trump Regime Plans to Disrupt Mexican Independence Day Celebrations in Chicago
Illinois Governor Pritzker: "It breaks my heart to report that we have been told ICE will try and disrupt community picnics and peaceful gatherings.”
Illinois Governor JB Pritzker says he’s been told that federal agents will carry out extensive raids during the Mexican Independence Day celebrations in Chicago on Saturday, according to Block Club Chicago, an independent news service.1

Pritzker says he was informed of the raids by Gregory Bovino, who is chief of the Customs and Border Patrol’s El Centro sector in Texas and who managed the L.A. boondoggle.
Pritzker was not told if the National Guard would be involved, although rumors are running wild that they are training in Texas for an invasion.
The National Guard won’t be able to do much if they do show up. The rank and file will have no appetite to go after their fellow citizens, who will probably urge them to nearby parties.
Mexican Independence Day celebrations are a big deal in the city, and as I remember them, everyone loves them as much as they love Cinco de Mayo, if not more.
As most of you know, the regime has a deep red cruel streak, so it makes sense they’d want to disrupt picnics and other area celebrations during an important day of celebration like this.
"It breaks my heart to report that we have been told ICE will try and disrupt community picnics and peaceful gatherings,” Pritzker told Chicagoans today.
According to Block Club:
The 24th annual Mexican Independence Day Parade is set to take place in Pilsen Saturday, and other celebrations, including El Grito Fest in Grant Park, are set for this weekend and next.
When I was living in Chicago, I’d see cars flying by my apartment on Addison Avenue with huge Mexican flags whipping in the air during the week of Mexican Independence Day. This was far away from Pilsen, where the parade will be.
This year, doing that will be the same as painting a red target on the car.
Pilsen is a fantastic neighborhood that, when I lived in Chicago, reminded me of Mexico. A visit there alone is worth the trip to Chicago if you’ve never been there, if you’re the type of traveler who likes to plug into neighborhoods.
The people are friendly and welcoming, and unlike when I visit city neighborhoods in Mexico (which I also love), nobody makes fun of my pale or red-burnt skin (except maybe behind closed doors).
This is a developing story.
What I hope you’ll take away from this is the craven nature of this regime, and their decision to disrupt family entertainment events, break up those families as best they can, and ruin people’s lives on a day of celebration.
I mean, who even thinks like this? Well, now you know. That’s why I included Bovino’s picture.
Or…

Who lays awake at night thinking of these evil things to do? And how can anyone with an ounce of grace countenance these activities?
Gregory Bovino is chief of the Customs and Border Patrol’s El Centro sector which is located in Imperial County, the very southeastern corner of California. Bovino was also in charge of the CPB’s January raids in the agricultural fields of Kern County (southern end of the Central Valley), California.
I note the irony of the ICE officers that wear masks to hide their identity. I’ll bet 99 percent of them were anti-masks during Covid.
