In the United States it's called statutory rape. Even that seems a light touch. Many countries have only recently begun to raise their age of consent.
This has happened thanks to work done by groups fighting sex trafficking, and raising awareness.
The name of the charge related to violating local standards depends on the country in question. I think “statutory rape” is rarish, but I haven't researched it.
Some brave soul has to monitor the account, maybe with an spare email they never use, and report back to us all how many stars he actually gets. Me, I'm going to ignore him.
